Let’s start with the “good”. All County Property Management in Universal City, will pay your commission in a timely manner and are happy to have realtors referrals. I love it.
Another “good” is the Sterling Grp Property Management Group. No fuss, no problems, no ‘pass the buck’, just had a great relationship with them.
The UGLY would be the ALTA ROXBURY APT management. I sent them a tenant, sent forms for my commission and was given the run-a-round. Provided everything they required, name, apartment, date of move in etc., still nothing. Finally about 4 months later I just gave up.
